Every venue in Zona Colonial that hosts weddings is a hotel. Kimpton, Billini, Hodelpa — they are beautiful, but they are public spaces. Fixie Lofts is different: a historic villa built in 1503 as part of the first hospital in the Americas, privately restored and designed for small groups who want something real. Stone arches, a colonial courtyard, a private pool and suites with original lime walls. Featured in Condé Nast, Forbes and Elle — not for being a luxury resort, but for being genuinely itself.
What You Can Celebrate Here
Fixie is ideal for getting ready before the ceremony — with spacious suites, natural light and a colonial courtyard that makes every photo timeless. It works beautifully for intimate symbolic ceremonies of up to 20 guests, private cocktail receptions of up to 30, and candlelit dinners for up to 20 seated guests in the courtyard, from 6pm to 11pm. It is also one of the most photographed locations in Zona Colonial for bridal photoshoots.

The Spaces
One of the main advantages of renting a private villa is the level of privacy it provides.

This allows couples and their guests to use the space freely, adapting it to their needs throughout the day.
